Guest Policies & Guidelines
Welcome to Elara Head Spa. To preserve our tranquil environment and ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and clinical efficacy, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our studio policies.
1. Booking, Cancellations, & Rescheduling

Cancellation Window: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Late Arrivals: Your session will end at the originally scheduled time so the next guest is not delayed.
2. Arrival & Studio Etiquette

Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete any intake forms and transition into a state of relaxation.

Tranquil Environment: To maintain a serene space for all guests, please silence all mobile devices upon entry.

Companion Policy: To ensure safety and a peaceful atmosphere, children and additional guests not receiving services are not permitted in the treatment areas.
3. Service-Specific Policies
For Biomolecular Panel Wellness

Equipment Safety: Our advanced biomole panel and mobile electric stand are precision instruments. Please do not touch, adjust, or move the equipment or stand at any time. Your practitioner will handle all adjustments for your safety.

Contraindications: Please notify us prior to your appointment if you are pregnant, have photosensitive medical conditions, use topical sensitizing medications, or have an active pacemaker.

Skin Preparation: Arrive with clean, dry skin free of heavy body oils, glittering lotions, or reflective creams in the target treatment area.
For Japanese Head Spa Treatments

Clothing & Jewelry: We recommend removing upper clothing is you feel comfortable doing so, if not wear a tank top or sports bra. Please remove all necklaces, hand rings and dangling earrings prior to the service.

Hair & Scalp Status: Please inform your professional worker if you have extensions, recent chemical processing (dye, bleach, perms within the last 48–72 hours), or open scalp abrasions.

Intake Consultations: First-time head spa sessions include a microscopic scalp analysis. Please arrive with your hair dry and in its natural state (avoid heavy styling gels or dry shampoos immediately before your visit).
4. Health, Hygiene, & Safety

Sanitization Standards: All head spa basins, linens, and biomole equipment undergo medical-grade sanitation and sterilization between every single guest.

Illness Protocol: If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness (cold, flu, skin infections), please reschedule. We reserve the right to decline service to actively ill clients for safety.
